For my poster with a cause I chose COVID-19 as my topic because it is a really important issue currently. In researching this topic I learned that many of the symptoms can be confused for a flu. I think my poster will help inform others because there are helpful tips to help protect oneself from COVID-19.

 

For my poster design I used Jellee font for my title text and Coustard font for my informational text. My color scheme is blue and black. My graphic/photography includes pictures of a mask, gloves, hand sanitizer, disinfectant spray and wipes. I decided this was the image to promote my cause because they are the most recognized items currently.

 

The process of making my poster included using the lasso select, text and shape features of photopea. I found this process to be both easy and hard because using the text and shape tools were easy but trying to clear the background with the lasso select tool was a little tedious.Overall I think my poster was a success because it is informative and straight to the point.
